From: Roger Quadros Add support for offloading the RSTP switch feature to the PRU-ICSS subsystem by adding switchdev support. PRU-ICSS is capable of operating in RSTP switch mode with two external ports and one host port. PRUETH driver and firmware interface support will be added into icssm_prueth in the subsequent commits.
