From: linlzhan Add support for the optional virtio-blk control virtqueue. If control queue feature bit is negociated, this allows the driver to manage control-queue requests independently from the data path and to safely handle outstanding requests during device removal and suspend. No control command is submitted by this change. The control virtqueue will be used by a subsequent inline encryption implementation.
