Update all three s390 vfio sections to clarify that s390 specific vfio code normally will go upstream via the kvms390 git tree. Add a corresponding T entry to reflect that. For consistency with the other s390 specfic vfio sections rename "VFIO AP" to "VFIO-AP" and add an L entry for the kvm mailing list.
