Add infrastructure-mode join and association support, including a new join.c implementation for command construction, response handling, and connection state management. Build association commands with SSID, channel, rate, authentication, security, and vendor elements, and include HT/VHT/HE capability TLVs as required. Integrate scan results for TSF synchronization and BSS parameter selection. Parse association responses, update the current BSS context, and enable the data path on successful association. Add deauthentication handling for station, AP, and ad-hoc roles. Provide full cfg80211 integration for the STA-mode association flow.
