DAMON sysfs interface does parameters validation-purpose damon_commit_ctx() calls for parameters update. Now the same logic is embedded inside damon_commit_ctx() itself. Hence, the validation in DAMON sysfs interface is just an unnecessary duplicate. Remove it.
